Why does an example cost nothing?
Because our AI does the work, making it takes us little time. We earn from the monthly amount, not from the example. And yes, there is a catch. You can read it below.

Your example costs nothing. If you choose Etalage, you pay no activation fee either. Only once your website is online do you pay €39 per month (excl. VAT). Many people ask us: what’s the trick? Here is the answer.
Why does making it cost so little?
Making a website always used to be a lot of handwork. Someone talked to you, made a design, wrote texts, found photos, built and tested. That easily adds up to days of work. That is why a website from a web agency often costs thousands of euros.
At Prima Zaak, our AI does that work. A person checks it. Making it takes us so little time that we don’t need to charge for it.
So what do you pay for?
For the monthly amount, we keep your website online and up to date:
- hosting: the place where your website lives on the internet;
- your own domain name, in your name;
- security (the padlock in the browser) and maintenance;
- findability on Google and through AI assistants;
- 2 changes per month in Etalage, such as new opening hours. More is always possible, at a price you hear first.
Why see it first?
Because making it costs little, we can turn things around. We make your website first. Then we show it to you. Do you like it? Then we put it online. Don’t you like it? Then you have paid nothing and signed nothing. The risk is ours.
What’s the catch?
There is one. We would rather say so straight away:
- A subscription runs for at least 12 months. Do you take the website? Then you pay for the first year. That is 12 times €39, or €429 in one go (1 month free). After that you can cancel any month, with one month’s notice.
- Bigger packages have an activation fee. Would you like online reservations or sales, with Toonbank or Winkel? Then you pay a one-off €100 or €150 in advance. There is more work in that. It is non-refundable. Do you move up from Etalage later? Then you pay no activation.
- The website stays ours until you take it over. The domain name is always yours. Would you like to move to another company later? Then you can take over the website after the fixed term. With Etalage that costs about €195.
- Extras cost extra. A new page or a web shop is not a small change. For that you get a price first, and you decide.
All amounts are excluding VAT. Prima Zaak works for businesses. Everything is on the price page.
Was this possible before?
No. A few years ago this was not possible. Nobody can give away days of work and then live on €39 per month. Now it is possible, because AI does the heavy work. That is not a trick. It is new technology, with the saving honestly passed on in the price.
The risk is ours, not yours.
