The price stays the same for two years.Do you become a customer before 1 July 2027? Then your monthly price stays the same for 2 years, from the day your website goes online. Even if we raise our prices later.
What else you want to know.
Are you tied to anything?
Requesting or viewing an example commits you to nothing. You sign nothing and you pay nothing. Do you take a subscription? It runs for at least 12 months. After that you can cancel any month.
What if you stop?
After at least 12 months you can cancel any month, with one month’s notice. If you paid two years in advance, you can cancel after 24 months. Send an e-mail to info@primazaak.nl. The website then goes offline. The domain name stays yours.
What is the activation?
Toonbank: a one-off activation fee of €100. Winkel: a one-off activation fee of €150. You pay it in advance. With it, we start on reservations, ordering or your web shop. It is non-refundable. Etalage has no activation fee. Do you switch from Etalage later? Then you pay no activation either.
What if I pay in advance?
One year in advance: 1 month free. Two years in advance: 2 months free. For Etalage that is €429 or €858, excl. VAT. If you pay monthly, the first year is 12 × €39 = €468.
Does the price stay the same?
Do you become a customer before 1 July 2027? Then your monthly price stays the same for 2 years, from the day your website goes online. Even if we raise our prices later.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. The domain name is the name of your business followed by .nl. We only register it once you say yes, and then in your name. Do you stop? Then you keep it. The cost is included in the monthly amount.
Can I take over or buy the website?
Yes, in two ways. Taking it over is possible after the fixed term (12 or 24 months), for about €195 (Etalage), €295 (Toonbank) or €495 (Winkel). Buying it straight away, without a subscription, is possible for Etalage from €399; Toonbank and Winkel on request. What happens with hosting and the domain name after that is stated in advance in your quote. All excl. VAT.
What do the changes include?
Etalage has 2 changes per month, Toonbank 5 and Winkel 10. Think of different opening hours, new prices, a text or a photo. Just tell us by WhatsApp, e-mail or phone. Something urgent is done within 24 hours, a normal change within 2 working days. Something bigger, such as a new page? Then you get a price first.
Why is it possible at this price?
Because AI does most of the work: the letter, the texts, the building and the first answers. A web agency charges hours for that. With us, you don’t pay for those hours. A person checks every website before it goes online.
Are the prices including VAT?
No. Prima Zaak works only for businesses. The prices are excluding VAT. The VAT is shown separately on the invoice. Do you pay VAT yourself? Then you can usually deduct it again.
That is all there is. Also read the terms (in Dutch), the questions or Why does an example cost nothing?
