What does an AI assistant say about your business?
People can also ask their question to an AI assistant. Such an assistant names businesses it can read about online. If you have nothing online yourself, it names someone else, or it guesses.

“Which baker in Maastricht makes vlaai to order?” People ask Google that question. They can also ask an AI assistant on their phone. The assistant looks for the answer in what can be found online.
What does the assistant say without your website?
It knows little about you. So it names another business that it actually can read about. Or it says it doesn’t know. Sometimes it guesses, and then it isn’t always right.
What does it say with your website?
Then it can mention your own information. That you make vlaai to order. Until when you take orders. And it can point to your website. Nobody can promise a place in the answer. But without your own details online, the chance is small.
The difference, side by side:
Example, all names made up
Someone searches Google for ‘bakker Eindhoven’ (Dutch for ‘baker Eindhoven’)
Baker A stands out first.
Your own details, with buttons to call and get directions.
Someone asks an AI assistant
The AI names baker B.
The AI can mention your own information.
An example of what an AI assistant could say. What it says exactly differs per question.
How does Prima Zaak help with that?
We write down your opening hours, what you offer and your prices clearly. In a form that search engines and AI assistants can read well. Also read How do customers find you, on Google and through AI assistants? Or see it for yourself: request your free example.
What we promise
What Google or an AI assistant answers depends on the question. We don’t decide that. What we do: put your details online so that search engines and AI assistants can find and read them. If someone asks a question that fits your business, your business can appear in the answer.
An AI assistant can only mention what it can read online.
