For your example, we use only public details of your business. This website uses no cookies. And you can always make us stop.

Prima Zaak uses as little data as possible. Below you can read what we use and why. The full explanation is in the privacy statement (in Dutch).
Which data does Prima Zaak use for your example?
Only what is already public about your business. That is the name, the address, the public phone number and the opening hours. And the photos and texts you put online yourself. Nothing more.
- Your example is on a secret link that only you have.
- It is not in Google.
- If you don’t respond, we take it down after 30 days and delete the details.
How does Prima Zaak get in touch?
Only by letter. We don’t call, and we don’t send unsolicited e-mail or WhatsApp messages. Would you like no more post from us? One short message is enough. Then we put only your business name and address on a “do not contact” list. That way we don’t write to you again by mistake.
What if you request an example yourself?
Then we keep your e-mail address and the name of your business, for 30 days. We send you only the link to your example. If you don’t reply, we delete your e-mail address. Read how it works at Request an example.
What happens when you send us a message?
Then our AI assistant answers first. It always says that it is an AI. For that, your message goes to Anthropic, the maker of the AI we use. We use your message only to help you. We don’t keep it longer than necessary.
Does this website track you?
No. On primazaak.nl there are no cookies and no trackers. That is why you don’t see a cookie banner either. Our hosting, Cloudflare, only shows us totals: how many visits, which pages, from which country. Never who you are.
What if you become a customer?
Then we use what is needed for the agreement, such as your name, address and billing details. By law, we must keep invoices for 7 years.
How do you get your data deleted?
Send a short message to info@primazaak.nl. You may always ask which data we hold about you. Or have it corrected or deleted. We respond within a month, usually much sooner.
For your example, we only use what is already public.
